Shipping Policy

U.S ORDERS


FREE SHIPPING when you spend $125+ before taxes and shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. For express delivery, orders must be placed before noon PST or they will be processed and shipped the following business day. A signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.


Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO locations: Due to security restrictions, USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to these locations. While carriers like FedEx or UPS may offer delivery to countries where military personnel are stationed, packages from these carriers cannot be delivered directly to military bases.


Holiday shipping deadlines: During the holiday season, please anticipate a delay in processing time of up to 7-8 business days.


Express shipping and P.O. boxes: Express shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of their delivery date for store credit if they are not satisfied with their purchase. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers must submit a return request through our Returns Portal within 2-3 days of the delivery date. A prepaid label, with a $12.00 fee deducted from the total return, will be provided through the Returns Portal. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the items are received at our warehouse.
